Cricut 360 blog

Howdy !!

My friend Sonia started a Cricut challenge blog!

Stop on by and check them out!!

Fairy Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the blog hop for FAIRY Day on this the 24th and 25th 2011. This is a 2 day hop for 24th and 25th where the line up on both days is different
If you are taking part in the hop then you have started at the right place if you have just come across this posting while browsing around in blog land then feel free to hop along.
You must have just visited the talented Haidee.
The theme of this hop as mentioned is FAIRY Day so what we are doing on this hop is bringing together a select few people from all over the world to take part and for them to create a project with a fairy or fairies on it.
This is a hop with a difference as along the hop there are letters to find in the postings - not all blogs have the letters but if you gather all the letters then at the end of the hop on day 2 assemble them to create a fairy related word.

Now on to my projects - I have created 2 projects for this hop.
The first is.....
A scallop edge card with fairy wings on the front
& a fairy on the inside.
I used Momma’s garden as my inspiration.
So I made a garden fairy.

I will be posting my second project tomorrow night.
(blogger is not playing well with me right now)

If you could leave me a comment that would be great! If you do like what you see and want to see more then I’d love it if you would become one of my ever growing list of followers.

There are a lot of talented crafty women on this hop and I hope you enjoy looking through their hop entries.  So now please hop on over to   http://cardsbyjacki.blogspot.com/   to the marvelous Jacki for the next fairyesq creative project.

Father's Day

Hey Y'all!
How's everyone doing?

Here are a few cards that I have made for Father's Day.

These cards were all made using SVG files from SVGCuts.com

I left a few areas with no touch ups.
Dan said one day that he hasn't seen anything with imperfections.
Well, he still doesn't fully understand the scrapbooking world. Baby steps. :)

So I left a few things on each card with no touch ups.
It was a challenge :)
But I think they came out great!!

So Dan thinks he's getting just a few homemade cards.
That's where the next card comes in.

I found out that the Cincinnati REDS have a Father's Day event every year.
He will be able to play catch with Hunter on the field after the game that day.
So, I will be placing the tickets in this card and have Hunter give it to him at breakfast.

Used one of the doily's under welcome
"welcome" & the scalloped border also came from Cindy Loo

Mickey Font

I have a few more things that I will be posting using the Mickey Font.
This one by far has been my favorite!

I have made banners, cards, invitations & door hangers.
But this little autograph book is my ALL TIME FAVE!!

Cut 20 white Mickey head for the inside pages
Used Walt font
Pink for the front & back cover
Pink & Green ribbon hide the book binder rings that I use.
PLUS!! 2 white Mickey eyelets

ELMO Party Cart

I wanted to make a different kind of Thank you card for my son's teacher.
What perfect way to say Thank you then with ELMO!!

Everything on here is from the cart.
I used matching glitter for the letters
For the scalloped edges & the letters in black I used a clear glitter.

She loved it !! :)

I will be posting more from these carts on each day.

Thanks for stopping by.
